Talking about birthdays today with him. I told him I really can't believe he's almost 5. After a little more discussion he asked if I was 25. I told him I am actually 27. His response, "WOW. I thought you were done having birthdays."
I found my questionnaires from when I taught preschool today. While going through the 5 year old one, I asked him "What do you do when you are hungry?" Appropriate answers include: eat, ask for food, etc. Thao's answer: "I usually freak out on you".
