There are days that my time with Thao feels like a lifetime ago. 3 years ago today I took him to mcdonalds and watched Americas funniest home videos and laughed with him. I thought he was getting better.
And now today I wake up to the date and then more uncertainties with adoption stuff. And I still can't figure out what normal is. I'm so thankful for our good God who is consistent through my inconsistencies., who is good when nothing else feels good, who knows me and my kids and loves them even more than I could ever imagine. I am reminded of how patient God is with me.
I am reminded to not just BE the feet of Jesus but to be at the feet of Jesus. To rest in him . To trust him . He is faithful. His ways are not our ways.
Isaiah 55:9
